MUSIC PRODUCTION

I'm thrilled to be producing the next album by career singer/songwriter Elena Rayo. With the amazing (and quite renowned) Oz Fritz engineering, mixing, mastering - we are working our way through a gorgeous set of new songs. The first single "Eyebrows" is due out this Fall. 

Eternal Return is a genre-blurring ensemble led by Paul Godwin, weaving together threads of rock, ambient soundscape, and improvisation. Rooted in deep listening and collective creativity, Eternal Return’s music moves between intimacy and vastness — songs and instrumentals that explore cycles of memory, dream, and transformation. Featuring Colin Edwin (Porcupine Tree) on bass, Estonia's iconic Robert Jürjendal on guitar and Venezuelans Miguel Noya and Miguel Toro, the band's debut "Once Only" was hailed by Bill Laswell as ".. songs built on air. A special and sensitive offering." 

With a B.A. in Music Production & Engineering from Boston's Berklee College of Music, Paul began his production career on rap and hiphop records in '80s NYC. Soon transitioning to film soundtracks and jingles for North Forty Music, Paul worked with studio musicians like Chris Botti, Andy Snitzer, Paul Shaffer, Hugh McCracken, Rory Dodd, Jeff Mironov, Larry Saltzman, Diane Garisto, and dozens of others.  A move to the Bay Area in the early '90s where he created NEWdOG Music, a hotbed of creativity for interactive media projects, VR, games and prototypes. NEWdOG Records received distribution through WEA via Dave Allen's (Gang of Four) World Domination Recordings .
